Today I am coming back from Tallahassee where I spent the weekend for my boyfriends birthday. Since it was his birthday I decided to make his birthday cake. There was a problem though, he wanted to have me make him and ice cream cake(which I have never made before). As I was winging it, creating the ice cream cake, I saw that it was coming out pretty good! I know I have never worked with ice cream cakes but the ending results were great. I was so proud that I was able to create that for his birthday. Also, now I know that I don't only enjoy creating regular cakes and decorating them, I also enjoy making and decorating all different types of cakes. I'm going to have fun these next couple months creating different and amazing cakes.
